Our investment strategy in Spain is focused on the area of Alicante, Costa Blanca in three distinct areas: Ancient city of Calpe and its famous touristic beach, Mascarat hills with a magnificient view over sport  yacht marina and Daya Nueva, a relaxing prestigeous area with its proximity to numerous golf courses, biking trials and sea. We invest in high standard and luxury apartments, residential and mid-level luxury villas. Target investment volumes are within a range of 5 to 15mio € with a typical construction period 18-24 months. In each project we first invest our own money and our partner usualy puts money with a partner development company to minimize any form of risks.
