255,000 sq. meters of lands for Residential construction, in a hilly area rich in palms, pine woods and mangificent views, with a newly constructed national road, just 1hr from the Puerto Plata International Airport. Lands acquired and National Deslinde were registered 03/2019. Since then we have been working on the infrastructure (water, electricity, waste and severage), on building plots urbanization and legal separation. We have also been working on various studies of commercial usage along with the visualizations.
